Whipple Farms grows all heirloom veggies using biodynamic principles and methods designed to raise nutrient density which in turn creates superior taste. Our Brix measures consistently in the high to excellent range. Our goal is to push the envelope of how good a vegetable can taste, as we continue to experiment, and learn and develop new ways to farm. Our 160 acre farm is located in the Piedmont region of Virginia, not far from the Blue Ridge Mountains.
